You have a patient who cannot start until someone clears their mouth, a date that is already on the calendar, and no reliable dentist who understands either. Send them to us. You get one contact and a cleared patient back.
Not because the work is hard. Because it belongs to nobody. The referral goes out, the patient calls a practice that does not understand the timeline, the appointment lands after the treatment date, and the first person to find out is the coordinator who has been chasing it.
A dental office booking six weeks out is not being difficult. Nobody told them the patient has a surgical date, and the schedule does not have a field for it.
Somebody on your side ends up calling offices, explaining the case repeatedly, and tracking whether anything happened. That time is not in anybody's job description.
The clearance either arrives in a form your record cannot use, or it does not arrive, and you discover it the week the patient was supposed to start.
That is the whole ask. You do not need to find a dentist, explain the protocol, or work out who is going to follow up.
Whether we can meet the date, and who will see them. If we cannot meet it, we say so immediately rather than holding your patient while we find out.
With the documentation your record needs, in the form it needs to be in, without anyone on your side chasing it.
Send the treatment date, where the patient is, and what is holding things up. We will come back the same day with whether we can meet it and who will see them.
