Medical care coordination membership.

Patients heading into major medical treatment need dental care on a medical timeline, coordinated with the physician running their care. Membership puts your practice on the receiving end of that work, with the coordination handled for you.

What membership includes

  • The relationships. You are placed with programs and physicians who already work with the network, rather than cold-calling coordinators hoping to be added to a list.
  • The coordination. The exchange with the treating physician, the documentation both records need, and the timeline. Run by our team, not added to your front desk.
  • The training and support. Your team is shown how these cases run end to end, and has someone to call when one is unusual.
  • A place on every list you qualify for. Every practice meeting the published qualification is shown to the patient, in full, with no ranking and no paid placement. Being the one that answers is what earns the next case.

Coordinators cannot send you a patient they cannot find.

The registry is the list they search when a hospital patient needs dental clearance. Listing your practice takes about two minutes, costs nothing, and needs no account. You are reached however you already work: fax, phone or email.

  • Any practice meeting the published qualification joins. No caps, no territories, no waitlists
  • We verify that a credential exists and is current. We never assess skill and we never rank members
  • Nobody is ever paid for a referral, in either direction
Free for physicians, hospitals, and coordinators The people who refer patients never pay us anything and are never paid anything. Membership is funded entirely by the practices that treat the patients. If you refer rather than treat, start here instead.
